On Saturday 13th of January, Our Lady’s Templemore took on Blackwater Community School in the Munster Senior D Cup Final. The first half was very close with both teams exchanging scores. Our Lady’s went behind after a good score from a penalty for BCS. However, they still managed to go in ahead at half time with a one point lead, 1-07 to 2-03. 

Our Lady’s came out strong in the second half, and two fantastic goals from Ciara Cahill and Eimear Hassett drove Our Lady's on and they maintained their lead until the end. Caithlyn Treacy and Shona McBride were immense in mid-field, along with a strong performance from Tara Hoare at centre-back. Final score Our Lady's Templemore  4-12 Blackwater Community School 3-06.
